Shutdown Windows With a Click!

Normally it takes lot of time just Shutting
down Windows, you have to move your mouse to the Start Button, click on it, move it again over Shut
Down... Bla,bla,bla
This whole process can be shortened by creating
shortcuts on the Desktop which will shut down
Windows at the click of a button.

1.Shutdown
Start by creating a new shortcut( right click and
select New> Shortcut). Then in the command line
box, type *without quotes.*

This Shortcut on clicking, will Shutdown Windows immediately without any Warning.

2.Restart
To create a Shortcut to Restarting Windows, type
the following in the Command Line box:

This Shortcut on clicking, will Restart Windows

How to increase Mozilla Firefox speed (5X faster)

1. Type "about:config" into the address bar and hit
Enter on your keyboard . Scroll
down and look for the following entries:
"network.http.pipelining
network.http.proxy.pipelining
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" *without quotes
Normally mozilla firefox will make one request to a web
page at a time.
When you enable pipelining it will make several at
once, which really
speeds up page loading.

2. Alter the entries as follows:
Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some
number like 30. This
means it will make 30 requests at once.

3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New->
Integer.
Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value
to "0".
This value is the amount of time the browser waits
before it acts on information it
receives.

Now you’ll see something like in the picture above. You’ll need to click the BEGIN TEST to startmeasuring your network speed. Make sure you pause all your ongoing downloads or other pages that uses your bandwidth before you click BEGIN TEST. This is important to get the right speed of your Internet.

Once you’re done, you’ll see something like in this picture above. Your download speed and upload speed depends entirely on your connection so it might vary a lot. But what you need is theUpload Speed which is 0.38 Mbps in the above case. We will need this value later on. So either note this value down or just remember it. Now we can move onto the next step which is calculating the values for configuring ?Torrent.

So once you’ve got your upload speed, we need to go to another website to get the correct values for the configuration settings in ?Torrent. The website we’ll use is Azureus Upload Settings Calculator. Click here to visit the website. Now you will see something like this:

Now I believe you’ve seen two boxes at the top where you can enter your upload speed, either in kilobit/second or kilobyte/second. Now you know your speed was displayed in Megabits/second so we need to convert it to kilobits/second. To do that, simply multiply your upload speed with 1024. So in my case it would be 0.38*1024=380 kilobits/second. Alternately, you can use a website likeConvertUnits to convert Mbps to Kbps.

Now what you need to do is enter this value, in to the respective field in our Azureus webpage and get the results. So as soon as you fill this upload speed in the website, the remaining columns will be auto-filled with values, values that you’ve to enter in ?Torrent to optimize it. So here is how it’ll look like once you’ve entered the value into the box.

Please know that the values you get on entering your upload speed will be different from mine and you have to use the values which YOU get to proceed to the further steps. So these are the values we will be using to optimize ?Torrent. So make sure you do not close this page since we require these values for the upcoming steps.

Once you’ve got the values, we are proceeding to the next step which is assigning the optimized values to the ?Torrent configuration settings. For that, first open up ?Torrent. Once you’ve done that, Click Options > Preferences.

Once the preferences window has opened, we need to fill up the values. For that click theBandwidth tab on the left pane and fill the values into the respective columns like this:

Now head to the Queuing Tab from the Left Pane and fill up the rest of the values like this:

Yeah! You’re all done. Now you’ve actually optimized your ?Torrent configuration settings to suit your internet connection and your PC. Unlike other tutorials which promise you 100% speed increase, this is an actual working method which you can try and use on your PC. Now we’ve successfully covered the first part of this tutorial. In the next part, we’ll tinker a bit more and utilize something called ports and learn how it can really help to increase your ?Torrent speed.

Optimizing Ports To Increase Download Speed

Once we’ve configured the upload settings, it’s time to optimize our ports. If you know nothing about ports, a port is a network resource that your torrent client uses to allow other systems in the network to access your PC. All the ports have unique numbers like 3333 or 4545 which are known as TCP port number. So when other systems try to access your PC, they do it through some random ports. Suppose they’re trying to access port number 5435 and if your ports are closed or blocked, they won’t be able to access your PC and stops connections to your PC and thereby decrease your download speed. So you’ll need forwarded ports to have maximum connections to PC in the network and get maximum download speed. So we will be learning how to open ports and enable others to establish a connection to your PC.

First what you need to do is disable any firewalls on your PC. If you have a firewall or Antivirus program installed, it will block incoming connections thereby decreasing your download speed. So you need to disable any firewalls or antivirus programs on your PC. Alternatively, you can add an exception for your ?Torrent client in the firewall too. This will have the same effect.

Now we need to forward a particular port. Now there are no specific instructions on how to forwarda port on your PC. It completely depends on what type and brand of router you’ve got. The settings will completely vary and to overcome this difficulty, we will be using a website namedPortForward.

Once you’ve entered the website, you’ll see two boxes where you can choose your router brand and your router model and then the website will give you specific instructions to forward a port for a particular application on your PC. So specify the brand and model and then choose ?Torrentfrom the list of applications to forward. Now you’ll see specific instructions just for you like this:

Now once you’ve followed all the steps it’s time to check whether you’ve successfully forwarded the port. This ensures you’ve done all the steps right and you’re ready to use the port. For that we will be visiting the website CanYouSeeMe. When you’re in the website, enter the port which you forwarded and click Check Your Port to know whether you’ve done it right. If yes, the website will say you’ve successfully forwarded. Else it will pop up an error in which case you’ve to repeat the steps and rectify it.

That’s it! You’ve successfully optimized your ?Torrent for maximum download speed. All your downloads will be much faster from now on and you’ll be having lots of connections from your PC making it even better. How To Create Python Export To Excel Function

This is step by step tutorial that explains how to create python function for exporting data in Excel file. 
To start programming in python you need to install python. In my previous article How To Create Your First Python Program I explained how to do it. After installing python you should install pythonpackage “xlwt”. Download xlwt from this LINK to some directory, for example site-packages . OpenCommand Prompt and navigate to site-packages/xlwt directory .

and run command :

python setup.py install

This command will run setup.py script which will add xlwt to your python

First you need to import necessary packages

Then you should define function , for example I define function with one argument. That argumet is list of data that will be exported to Excel

You can define width of column, for example I define first column width with:

To write data in Excel file use xlwt function called write, for example

wsheet.write(0, 0, “Website”, style1)

It writes string Website in column 0 and row 0 with style1.

You can call function with excel_fun(websites), where websites is variable structured as list that containes dictionaries

This function will export data from variable websites to excel file that looks like:

This function can be your “template” code for exporting data in excel. Function as argumentaccept list of dictionaries, which is format of JSON files , so it can take JSON file as argument too.

How To Bypass Surveys From Most Sites

Many times I've seen an interesting app I would love to download but sometimes I get some annoying surveys. Today I will be sharing with you 2methods with which you can bypass these kind of surveys
:::::::::: Method 1 (Using Javascript) ::::::::::::
Disabling Javascript on Web-Browsers will make
surveys never appear:
Google Chrome:
1) Click on Settings' Wrench on the top right of
Google Chrome.
2) Click Options.
3) Scroll down, and Click Advanced system Settings
4) Click on Content Settings to show options of
Google Chrome web page content.
5) Under Javascript section check the box: Do not
allow any site to run Javascript
6) Done! Now just go the website
that asks for surveys and you'll bypass them.
Firefox:
On Firefox you can use this simple Add-on called
QuickJava to disable and enable Javascript fast.
Download it QuickJava.
Note : This method doesn't work
for all websites, like Sharecash : it
will prompt you that you have
disabled Javascript, Check Method
2 that works for all Websites.

1) When you are prompted to take
a survey, Right Click the title and Click Inspect
Element
2) Now keep pressing Delete button to delete
scripts on Inspect Element tab, until Complete a
Survey disappear.
3) After the bar disappear, keep deleting until the
Page go lighter (whiten) with no dark area.
4) Done! Now you'll see your full content or

HOW TO INSTALL ANROID MARKET AND RUN ANDROID APPS ON BLACKBERRY PLAYBOOK

It is not a new thing that android apps can be open on blackberry playbook but some people do not know that it is possible. So, today I will be writing on how you can install and run android apps on your playbook.

First of all you need to install the BBH tool (simply go to Google type in “BBH TOOL” and click on the first result)

Go to a website that has good apps for playbook e.g. goodereader.com the apps will be .bar files Save the apps n your pc

On your playbook you go to settings > security > development mode

If it is off turn it on

Enter your password it’s advisable to make the password short and easy to remember.

Connect the playbook to your computer. The playbook will show you a pop up message showing you that the development mode is on and it will give you two ip addresses, take note of the on the left.

Open the BBH tool and run it as an administrator (it may give a message saying that no blackberry os is installed just click “ok”)

Go to play book and enter the ip address that was displayed on the left earlier on your playbook, enter your password.

Then click on add files navigate the browser to where you downloaded the .BAR file

Then finally click on install it.

Now you can enjoy your android apps on your playbook
